Weight Lost: 50 lbs The only change I’ve made with RightSize is to drink a smoothie in the morning. It makes me feel full the whole day so I don’t over eat at lunch or dinner. I’m down 50 pounds and 5 dress sizes in 90 days! Neuvena C.

I began using RightSize in March of 2003 out of desperation. My husband had heard about RightSize on a radio discussion and suggested I give it a try. Thank heavens I did! At over 300 pounds and 53 years old, I knew life for me was becoming limited. I had difficulty moving because of joint pain and was always exhausted. I have been overweight my entire adult life and have tried Weight Watchers and TOPS, as well as numerous other methods to reduce my bulk. But RightSize provided me with a way to actually lose and keep the weight off! For the first time in my life, I feel I have a chance to reach my goals and keep the weight off permanently. A year and a half have passed and I have lost half of my weight, 70 pounds. (I am intentionally losing the weight slowly because I don’t want to end up with skin sagging to the ground and my eyebrows down around my knees.)

I use the smoothie only for breakfast, mixing it with 1% milk, a banana and frozen fruit; my preference is Skinny Vanilly with peaches. I don’t get hungry between meals, eat a sensible lunch and dinner and usually lose between ½ and 1 pound a week. I even take my blender with me when I have to take business trips or vacations! When I hit a plateau, I have the smoothie for lunch as well on weekends and jump-start the losing process a bit.

Honestly, I have never been this healthy – ever! When I started using RightSize I was getting weekly allergy shots as well as about 4 additional medications. My medications have dropped by half and I no longer need the shots. I used to get sick 4-5 times a year but have only been sick once since starting RightSize! The only complaint I get is from my husband concerning the frequent replacement of my entire wardrobe and my renewed energy level; that’s a complaint I can certainly live with! Thank you, RightSize for giving me control of my life and my body.
